๐๐ A little reminder from Bucket & Spade Holidays ๐๐
The vast majority of our guests have treated our caravan with care and respect, and weโre so grateful. Thank you for looking after our little seaside home. ๐๏ธ
Recently, though, weโve found a few items missing or damaged, alongside kitchen equipment put away dirty and food left in the air fryer.
We completely understand that accidents happen! All we ask is that you let us know if something gets broken, damaged or goes missing, so we can arrange a replacement before our next guests arrive. Finding out when we get there can mean another trip for something we could easily have brought with us.
Before leaving, please make sure used dishes and appliances are clean, all bins have been emptied and rubbish taken to the siteโs designated disposal area, and the caravan is left tidy. Please tell us about anything that needs attention rather than putting it away for someone else to discover.
Weโre a small family business, fitting this around full-time jobs and family life. We work hard to offer lovely holidays at affordable prices, and extra replacements, cleaning and journeys all add up.
A little care and a quick message make a big differenceโfor us and for the next family enjoying their holiday.
