We’re would love to tell you a bit more about Strand 1 of our Vibrant & Sustainable High Street Action Plan – a project focused on creating a more engaging, eco-friendly, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits our town.

🚶‍♀️ Coming soon:
• A brand-new Journey Guide treasure hunt map full of local stories
• Eye-catching signage to bring the village to life
• Opportunities for local businesses to get involved and be featured

♻️ Sustainability in action:
• New recycling points
• Water refill stations to reduce plastic waste
• Training for local businesses teaching about heritage of Grassington and the local area

This is all about celebrating our heritage, encouraging visitors to stay in Grassington for longer, supporting local businesses, and building a more sustainable future together.

Team Craiglands Bed and Breakfast, Grassington have left the washing on the line and walked their favourite loop - Grass Woods. If you haven't ever walked it, come and stay and we'll show you. It's a total favourite. Ice cream / cake / coffee / wine at the end . . . Ideal!

It's an omelette morning this morning for our Dales Way walkers. Sun is shining. It's going to be a perfect bank holiday weekend. Happy days!

Look 👀 at this review from one of our single travellers! She loves room 4 - only £75 per night.
'As a single female traveller this is such a great find. They are such warm, friendly hosts. I can totally relax and unwind.
You'll be welcomed with tea/coffee and homemade cake. Yesterday was delicious scones.
The rooms are simple, homely and cozy.
Breakfast is delicious with a huge choice of breakfast items, cooked to order.
I travel a lot and can't stand that silent, tense dining room for breakfast. Craiglands breakfast room in contrast, is warm and friendly and I often have really great conversations with fellow guests.'
