Love cheese 🧀

Last week I popped into the Courtyard Diary

Gorgeous cheese with plenty of sampling offered.

It is generally accessible but does have some gravel just outside of the entrance. It is however relatively compacted so can be managed in a wheelchair.

Everything else has ramped access

Definitely worth a visit if you like cheese 🧀

It does get busy so you do have to be prepared to wait as it is quite small inside

We’re excited to share that the brand new swimming pool at Bowlend Fell Holiday Park will be opening from 3rd April 🏊‍♀️✨

The facility includes ramped access, along with an accessible toilet and shower, helping to make the space more inclusive for our guests.

At present, entry into the pool is via graduated steps with handrails. We recognise that this may present a barrier for some, and we want to be transparent about that.

We are currently in communication with the park to explore the installation of a pool hoist, which would allow even more guests to enjoy the pool comfortably. We’ll keep you updated as we hear more.

In the meantime, there is also an accessible swimming pool in Settle, just a short drive away, which offers hoist access.
