🎉 Celebrating 1 Year of Molly! 🎉

It’s hard to believe that our lovely Molly has been part of the Herriots Hotel & Rhubarb team for a whole year!

Many of you will have met Molly in her role as Supervisor, where she plays a huge part in ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of our warm hospitality — from accommodation and food & beverage to functions and everything in between. She’s one of the friendly faces helping to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience every time they visit.

But that’s not all… Molly is also the creative force behind our social media content, bringing plenty of personality, creativity and fun to our online world!

And, as if that wasn’t enough, Molly plays a major role in our team fundraising efforts for our chosen charity this year, Breast Cancer Now.

So, there are plenty of reasons to celebrate this very busy first year!

Happy 1st anniversary, Molly! Thank you for everything you bring to the team. You are a truly valued member of our Herriots & Rhubarb family.

Meet our new Head Chef, Joshua! 👨‍🍳

With around 15 years of experience across restaurants, hotels and professional kitchens, Joshua brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavour-led cooking.

Having joined Herriots as Sous Chef in April, Joshua has now stepped up to lead our kitchen. From intimate dining experiences to weddings and special celebrations, his focus is on creating delicious food while building a positive, passionate team.

We’re delighted to have Joshua at the helm and look forward to sharing more of his food with you! Including a brand new Autumn/Winter menu coming soon! 🤩
