Old pool and laundrette was knocked down last October and this amazing building has been constructed and ready to open next week.
The park has been quieter than usual due to the building work but it looks like its worth the wait.

It is with great sadness that we have decided to sell our lovely caravan on the park of Bowland fell.
This would be a fabulous holiday home for anyone wishing to take country walks, cycle around the Yorkshire countryside or just chill in tranquil surroundings.
Caravan sleeps 6, it has 2 bedrooms;
-A king size room with walk in wardrobes and en-suite, second room is twin bedroom with wardrobes and there is sofa bed for guests. -Caravan has recently had a new boiler fitted and 2 new chrome towel radiators.
-Central heating in all rooms.
-The caravan is Lettable (and brings a good income from Air bnb guests)
-Reasonable ground fees
-The park consists of a lovely country pub, serving food, a brand new pool that will open in spring 2026, a shop, laurandrette and 2 parks for the little ones.
We are looking in the region of £14,000. If you or anyone you know are interested, please message and we will get back to you.

A little disruption will be worth it in spring time when the new pool has opened.
The old pool has been demolished and work has started on the build of the new pool, which will be bigger and better with improved changing facilities .

Malham cove is such a beautiful place to explore.
Janet's foss, Goredale scar and Malham cove are all in walking distance of each other and only a short drive from Greenwood Fell caravan.
Towel and swimwear advised if you would like to explore the waterfalls on a warm day.
