Its with a wee bit of a heavy heart that we have to inform all our lovely customers, friends and followers that we have now closed the doors to Rosegrove Guesthouse. We are not going anywhere - just changing our lives a bit and wanting to enjoy more what we have - the most beautiful countryside in the world right at our doorstep! It’s been a crazy few years but we will never forget all you lovely people who have supported and visited us. We are not moving - so if you are in the area come say hello!!
You can also always message us if you are looking for a place to stay as we have wonderful friends with beautiful places to rent or stay at - hotel or self-catering!

We have one First Class compartment for Afternoon Tea available from Aviemore Booking Office - strictly first-come first-served, once it’s gone, it’s gone!

We also have two First Class compartments on our 10:30 service inclusive of complimentary Tea and Shortbread - also from Aviemore Booking Office on a first-come first-served basis.

Space also remains available for standard class travel on all three trains from all stations today.

Sometimes the job requires some real sacrifices… we went to visit the local market at this weekend. Sampling Scottish produce, amazing food, art and … well…. gin!
We are a house firmly divided into gin vs whisky but with more and more choice in gins I was excited to try this one. Thank you 👏
When visiting the Highlands during the summer the next market is never far away! Well worth it - Scotland truly has some of the best produce in the world!

Naming isn’t completed yet and the ladies are not ready for close ups as we let them settle into their new home but suffice to say we are all delighted at Rosegrove to have such beautiful ladies as part of our team!
Jack loves them too - but maybe a bit too much 🤣
