We get lots of furry friends staying over on the CL but OH MY GOODNESS look who came to stay this weekend! 🐢

Two little tortoise siblings are sunning themselves on Pitch 3, with their equally adorable doggy brother. It’s fair to say it made my day when I went in to water the plants.

Hopefully they’re giving Tom a bit of a hand with the mowing too 🌱

Hopefully your booking with us coincides with the Sunday Teas at the historic Temple Balsall.

Available on the first Sunday of the month between May and September, not only is the homemade cake some of the best in the area (carefully tested by us), but it’s a great opportunity to explore the natural beauty, historic buildings and plentiful walks in this hidden gem of a place.

Best of all, it’s just down the road and walkable from the CL via public footpaths 🫖☕️🍰🧁

There will be an overnight road closure from the junction of Fen End Road and down Balsall Street from Tuesday 6th to Saturday 10th January. The road will close at 8pm and reopen at 6am.

If you are staying with us and travelling back to the CL after 8pm, from the Balsall Common direction, you will need to come via Holly Lane/Table Oak Lane.
