Woodland Barton is a working Beef and Sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Avonwick, not far from the A38, in the beautiful South Hams countryside. We are ideally situated for visiting Dartmoor and the South Devon coast. And both Plymouth and Exeter are within easy reach. There is a pub in the village and several others within easy driving distance. Our whole house

is warm and inviting and we aim to make your stay with us a happy and enjoyable one. We have a double room with en-suite facilities and a large family room with sole use of a bathroom, both rooms have TV/DVD tea/coffee and wi-fi. Children are welcome to meet the lambs, hens and the ponies. Rates start from £35 per person per night, with special rates for stays of three nights or more, while children under 10 are half-price and we have a cot available.
