Some coffees come with a view. Ours comes with 47 acres of it. No wetsuit required - just a decent coffee, a slice of cake and the water in front of you. The Lodge serves coffee, cakes and light bites through the week, and you don't need to book an activity to enjoy any of it. Come for the lake. Stay for the cake.

There's a whole ship hiding in the Cotswold Lakes. Not moored on the water - waiting for you to step aboard. Our ship-themed Escape Room is the unexpected find on a lake day out: round up your crew, crack the clues and see if you can get out in time. Fancy getting aboard? Book your slot at ROX - The Real Outdoor Xperience.

Not every visit to the lake needs a wetsuit.

Some days it's a table by the water, something good from The Lodge and nowhere in particular to be. Coffee and cake midweek, weekend brunch, or a long lunch while the sun does its thing over the lake.

You don't need to book an activity to come to ROX - just turn up, take a seat on the deck and let the afternoon take care of itself.

The other half of ROX is open. Come and try it.

The lake doesn't close when summer ends.

October at ROX means quieter water, warmer light and far more lake to yourself. Mornings arrive with mist drifting off the surface, afternoons glow golden, and the sessions feel calmer because everyone else has packed the paddleboard away for the year.

Fewer people. Better light. Exactly the same lake. Come and find your Xperience this autumn - paddle, sail, walk, or simply sit by the water with something warm.
