The electronics struggle: I use it for business, more than I like to at the minute, but hate being glued to electronics.
It’s pretty well agreed that overall it’s not good for us as human beings and especially not good for our kids.
So whenever I get the chance to get out and about to escape the cyber world I do.
Especially when we are together.
Once the initial protests subside and we all reconnect with the our surroundings, whether it’s rural or urban, this is more often that not how we all feel.

I used to come here as a kid with mates, birdwatching, climbing the cliffs and trees, and generally just hanging out. It made me feel good. If it’s good for you, it’s good for your kids.
When is the last time you got out and about and if you need to encourage the younger members of your family, how do you manage it? And where was the last place in South Shields or nearby that you escaped to?
