One Abbey Lane A large, luxurious, self-contained one bedroomed suite available for short stays in Southam, Warwick It has its own entrance and parking.

We have three properties available in the heart of Southam for short or longer term stays. Number One Abbey Lane - a one bedroom self-contained suite with flexible accommodation, perfect for those travelling on business who want peace and space to relax after work, for families exploring the area who don’t want to squash into a typical hotel room, for friends attending a local event, or couples wa

nting luxury, privacy and independence. Situated in the newly built, architect designed extension to the restored Tudor house, the self-contained suite consists of a beautiful large bedroom with luxurious en-suite bathroom, and a spacious living area with kitchenette. Number Five Abbey Lane - A cosy two bedroom cottage with two upstairs bedrooms with kingsized beds and bathroom with separate bath and shower. The lovely large lounge with woodburner, dining space and courtyard garden (a real sun trap) make it a great place to stay and entertain. Number Seven Abbey Lane - our new, recently restored property with beautiful internal Tudor timber frame creating lots of atmosphere this property had three ensuite bedrooms, each with kingsize bed. There is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen with brand new, well appointed kitchen. The garden will be finished in time for the summer giving even more space! A continental breakfast is provided in the properties for guests to enjoy uninterrupted. The properties are just a few minutes walk from the town centre, and only a few hundred metres from the award winning Warwick House wedding venue. Facilities

🔧 Calling Volunteer Repairers!

We’re getting ready for our Repair Café on Saturday 7th March (11:00am – 1:00pm) and we’d love a few more handy people to join our team.

If you enjoy fixing things and sharing your skills, please come along and help members of the community give their broken items a second life.

🛠 Repairers, please arrive at 10:30am with a small selection of suitable tools for the kinds of repairs you’re comfortable doing. When you arrive, we’ll ask you to register as a repairer and take part in a short briefing before we open to the public.

Your time and skills make a real difference—helping people save money, reduce waste, and learn how things can be repaired rather than thrown away.

Finally made it to , a former monastery and Coventry's only property. Well worth a visit if you are staying . An incredible building with so much history - and some timber frame to compare! Another hidden Coventry gem. Fabulous cafe run by , lovely grounds- we saw a kingfisher and little egret by the river! A glimpse of what Coventry would have looked like a few hundred years ago, or even pre war- when this wasn't just off the ring road!

So lovely to welcome so many lovely guests for a busy Valentines weekend here in Abbey lane ♥️♥️♥️ - School friends and their families catching up, a mum and daughter booking a last minute half way meet up, and friends spending the weekend together. 🥰🏠 The rain even stopped for a bit!! The never disappoints! We went to see the BFG tonight and loved it, so clever. 🎭 Stratford-upon-Avon is a 20 min drive from Southam making our properties a perfect base for exploring Shakespeare's county! Theatres, museums, shops, parks and great restaurants- Stratford is a great day out! 🏆
