COVID19 updates: We are committed to deep cleaning in between guests and during this time we are only offering exclusive occupancy of the entire annex, this is reflected in our prices. While breakfast is no longer available we have endeavoured to create a space for you to prepare food in the annex, with a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee facilities.

Perhaps you are looking at our listing as an option to escape from a flat or apartment? Please do talk to us about options. We can offer you a private garden, we can offer a completely self contained home so you can be assured of total privacy with no need to interact with us other than through the Airbnb system or WhatsApp if you prefer. The Country park is a minute walk away. We'd love to tell you about our amazing city in terms of tourist attractions, bars, restaurants etc - We are lucky with the outstanding natural beauty around us in this part of Southampton, plus the wonderful architecture in the City of Wi******er. There are three bedrooms which are set up as twin rooms but can be made in to a double bed if required, there is a large living area which has TV, sofa and arm chairs, we have a selection of games, a dining table for 6 people, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave is available on request and there is a coal BBQ for your use in your garden. The Cottage is suitable for a family of 6 and feels very spacious with 2 or 3 people staying. Do let me know if you have any other questions - always happy to help.

A single occupancy of the entire annex is from £65

2 adults booking for a single night is £95 and then a £30 charge for each additional person per night, up to a maximum of 6 people.
