St Lawrence Holiday Park

St Lawrence Holiday Park Tranquil coastal holiday park on the Blackwater estuary This Park is now part of the Wyldecrest Holiday Group.

We have an array of Parks all over the country from lands End to North of Inverness. The park has been previously run for over 60 years by the Duce family. Sat on the Blackwater estuary we have access to our private jetty on
our own beach that allows for holiday home owners to launch thier boats onto the River Blackwater. The park is open 1st March to until the end of December each year.

The Malton looks simple, from the outside. Simple and stylish. It’s a classic holiday home silhouette and colour that won’t look out of place on any holiday park.

There are big, double-glazed windows at the front, to flood the lounge with natural light, and the option to add double sliding patio doors if you wish to open up the space onto your decking. The white window frames are a timeless classic, but if you want something more modern-looking you can always upgrade to stylish graphite ones.

We think the Malton looks great in its standard Glace colour - but if you like, you can upgrade to a selection of other aluminium cladding colours to make it uniquely yours.
There’s plenty of space to relax in the Malton’s cosy lounge, whether you want to put your feet up in front of the telly or chill out with friends or family.

Those big windows or optional patio doors are great for enjoying the views of your holiday park. And with comfy, freestanding furniture you can even rearrange it to suit you. There’s even a pull-out sofa bed as standard for when you have extra folk stopping over.

The colour scheme is nice and calming too - cashmere furniture and pink cushions contrast beautifully with the grey carpet and oak highlights.

The open-plan kitchen and living room make the most of the Malton’s space. There’s all the room you need to cook up a treat, with a cooker and fridge-freezer as standard, and space for an integrated microwave and dishwasher if you have better things to do than washing up.

You also get a freestanding dining table and plush, upholstered chairs. That means you’ll eat in comfort, and you can shuffle things around to suit you.

The bedroom is one of the most important rooms in your holiday home. It doesn’t need to be huge, but it does need to be comfortable. And it must use its space well.

That’s exactly what the Malton does. Its main bedroom is big enough to be comfortable, and with some clever storage solutions you’ll have plenty of space for your clothes and bits and bobs too.

If you opt for the 35’ x 12’ two-bed model, you’ll even get a walk-around wardrobe in the main bedroom. We couldn’t squeeze that into the 37’ x 12’ three-bed model, but you do get space to sleep an incredible eight people.

On first look, the Manor looks traditional. Unassuming, even. But stylish touches like graphite window frames as standard hint at the modern style you’ll find inside.

The modern windows and cladding are super-efficient and built to our Willerby Green Standard, so the Manor is energy efficient and cheap to run.

Those big double sliding patio doors let lots of natural light into the lounge, and bring the beautiful views on your holiday park right into your holiday home.

The layout of the Manor might be traditional, but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking in space or comfort.

The first thing you’ll notice is the big, freestanding sofas. They’re even more comfy than they look and you can move them around to make sure you’re making the most of the views from your Manor.

You’ll find some useful built-in storage and a freestanding media unit, too.
The stylish and practical shaker kitchen makes the most of every inch of space.

You get an integrated oven, microwave and fridge freezer as standard, and you can add an integrated dishwasher or washer/dryer too, if you like.

There’s plenty of worktop and storage space, and under-unit lighting means you’ll never struggle to see what you’re doing.

Once you’ve finished cooking, there’s a freestanding dining table and chairs right under one of the big windows, so you can make the most of the natural light.
The master bedroom in the Manor is the kind of thing you’d expect in a boutique hotel.

There’s a big, comfy bed (king-size in the two-bed models, double in the three-bed) with clever lift up storage.

You’ll also get a full-size wardrobe to keep all your outfits in, and lots of integrated storage space. There’s also a handy vanity unit with its own mirror - perfect for preparing for a night out.

The big window lets in lots of light, and you’ll even get an en-suite bathroom in every model.
