Established in 1888 our Association is the oldest in the country and continues today, as it has done so for 125 years, to ensure that our members provide the highest levels of accommodation. Ranging from the Largest Hotel to the smallest Guest House or Self Catering Apartments all member establishments are inspected annually and graded accordingly by either the Visit Britain, A.A . Although the As

sociation is over 100 years old and still enjoys its traditional image we are all to well aware that we must move forward with the times. 📸 For the last few weeks, we’ve had friends, guests and people we know sending us photos of us on the big billboard at the Kew Roundabout in Southport as part of this year’s Elegantly Eccentric campaign.

So, we thought it was about time we got a photo of our own! 😀

It’s still a little surreal seeing ourselves on such a huge billboard, but it’s also a lovely reminder of what was an incredible experience and one we feel very lucky to have been part of❤️

We’re really proud to have been part of the Elegantly Eccentric campaign and to play a small part in showcasing everything that makes Southport such a great place to visit.

A huge thank you to all of our members for donating over £700 to support the fantastic work of the Lord Street in Bloom Volunteers 🌼

Thanks to the generosity of Southport’s B&Bs and Guest Houses, the volunteers have been able to purchase top soil for the exciting new garden project beside the bandstand on Lord Street and it’s arriving by the wagon load! 🚜🌿

This project is helping to keep Lord Street looking beautiful for residents and visitors alike, and it’s a great example of what can be achieved when local businesses and volunteers work together.

We’d love to encourage more local businesses to get involved and support future improvements across Southport. Whether through donations, sponsorship, materials, or volunteering your time, every contribution makes a difference.
