We are on the look out for a mature and experienced chef to join our team at the 'Cart, with an immediate start for the right person

Hours to include evenings and weekends, with a full written contract in place. Salary negotiated on following criteria:

Essential knowledge and skills;

* EHO standards and management
* Oredering and management of stock
* Costing of materials
* Professional attitude
* Abilitity to communicate within a dynamic environment
* Stong Professional work ethic

Desirable skills

* Additional bar and cellar experience
* adventurous attitude towards plates
* full uk driving license

The Rushcart will leave us at 12.45 on Sunday, but dont go anywhere ! We have the wonderful folk rock band Boothtown Rats on outside (weather permitting) to continue the festival into the afternoon!
