Hiya Folks,
As many of you might know by now, June is our last month here at Palmer’s. Our last day of trading will be Saturday 27th June.
We’ve loved being a part of the Long Sutton community for the last five years, but after careful consideration and the ongoing hardships being felt by both pubs and small businesses alike, we are calling for last orders. We will be open as usual till the 27th and we intend to go out with a bang. So with that in mind, here’s what’s on this month at Palmer’s!
All our usual weekly offers are still going strong: Mexican Mondays, Tuesday Burger Night, Happy Hour for Cask & Cocktails on Fridays, and our Early Bird Offer, will all carry on over the next few weeks.
This Saturday 6th June, we’ll be open 12-5pm, and then we’ll be hosting a private function for the 50th Birthday of one of our regulars, so we’ll be closed to the public. We will be open as usual on Sunday 7th.
QUIZ!
Our last Pub Quiz will be next Wednesday 10th June. Specialist Subject is David Tenant Era Dr Who. We’ve already got six teams booked in so if you’re planning to come along please get in touch to reserve your table as we’d hate for anyone to miss out.
Paint & Sip: Starry Night - Wed 17th June
Our final Paint & Sip night will be an acrylic paint inspired by Van Gogh's Starry Night. 8pm start, £15pp.
Cider & Sausage Festival! 18th-21st June.
The Cider & Sausage Festival is BACK! We’ll have over 20 different types of sausages from local butchers that you can enjoy as a cob, with mash, chips or even as part of our 10 sausage platter! We’ll also see the return of our Mega Sharing Boards with 12 different sausages and more sides than you can shake a stick at!
Musical Bingo: Disney Double Bill Wed 24th June
Our final Musical Bingo will be a Disney Double bill with all the classics from your childhood. £5pp 8pm start. Again if you’re planning to come along drop us a message to book as we expect it to be a busy night.
Last Hurrah - Friday 26th & Saturday 27th
For our last two days we’ll be having a countdown sale as everything must go! When we open on the Friday we’ll start with a 10% discount across the board and every couple of hours we’ll increase the discount, following through on the Saturday until we’re out of stock. We’ll be going all the way to 90% off last thing on Saturday so you could get some real bargains (or we could sell out before we get there).
