Achnabobane Farmhouse B & B

Achnabobane Farmhouse B & B Neil & Elizabeth Ockenden welcome you to our home here in the Highlands. Just a little over 8 years old. Sadly passed on this January.

A Victorian Farmhouse was built around 1865 here at Achnabobane and we are lucky enough to have commanding views of the imposing and majestic Nevis Mountain range. We are just a few miles from Spean Bridge to the North and Fort William to the South, just off the main route to Inverness. pic You are very likely to be greeted by Morse or to be more precise, Aranisle Detective Chief Inspector Morse!(

Promoted 2005) He is an extremely bright, gentle, playful and a thoroughly loveable Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Morse has been accepted, albeit grudgingly, by the 'old Lady', Bea (1991 - ); Corky (1991-2009) and Dyllon (1994-2010). 'Tizzy' (1998 - 2011), arrived in March 2010. Two new arrivals, barely 3 months old and causing absolute havoc, Posy (Nov 2010 -), a tortoiseshell and Rupert (Nov 2010 -), black and white, the kittens are growing up fast as will soon be exploring the great outdoors. Morse will be so pleased as the kittens love him to death and he would be most grateful for a little peace and quiet!
