We’re Hiring – Senior Housekeeper at Teasses House

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at beautiful Teasses House, near Ceres in Fife.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Housekeeper to help maintain our family home to the highest standard and provide a warm, professional experience for family members and guests.

This is a varied and rewarding role that includes:

✨ Housekeeping and laundry
✨ Guest room preparation and turndown service
✨ Table setting and occasional meal service
✨ Simple food preparation
✨ Household organisation and stock management
✨ Liaising with contractors and estate staff
✨ Supporting family gatherings and special occasions

We are looking for someone who is organised, discreet, trustworthy and takes genuine pride in creating a welcoming and beautifully presented home. Previous experience in a private household, hospitality or senior housekeeping role would be advantageous.

Live-in accommodation.

Don’t forget when you visit the gardens on Thursday and Friday to say hello to our hairy coos. Cows and calves are in the farm paddock as you drive towards the garden car park.

Last weekend, we opened up the farm and welcomed families for our Calving Tours.🐮🌱
It was a real pleasure to introduce our new season calves and to see so many children enjoying time on the farm.
We believe it’s so important for young people to learn where their food comes from and to connect with farming from an early age. Seeing their curiosity and excitement made the day all the more special.
Thank you to everyone who joined us — we hope you had as much fun as we did!

Garden and Tea House Opening Hours Update

As we move into our summer programme, we’re updating our opening hours:

Thursdays: 10am–4pm
Fridays: 10am–3pm

These hours will be in place until the end of September.

We look forward to welcoming you to the gardens and tea house for walks, lunches and cakes this summer.
