I’ve always been a bit of a nature geek at heart and am just in my element living here ❤️

Found this little fellow down by the Cod and Lobster last night playing dead on the road so thought we would move him somewhere a little safer and let him go in our garden.

Then this morning saw my first pod of dolphins of the year when out on our morning walk 🐬🐬🐬

Sadly it turns out I didn’t hit record in my excitement so no pics but just so magical, never get tired of seeing them 🥰.

Wow - what a glorious weekend!

Summer is always busy for us in the Endeavour but in-between breakfasts and Check-ins we absolutely made the most of the sunshine….and it looks set to stay for a little while longer! 😍

Note - the garden is at our house in the village - not the B&B xx

A wet and dreary day in Staithes so we headed out and about in search of a big fat Sunday lunch! We had heard good things about The Pheasant Hotel, Harome and it didn’t disappoint! My lobster ravioli so good I didn’t even get a pic and the roast lamb with all the trimmings ticked all the boxes!!! Needed a little breather but managed to squeeze in a Rhubarb Pannacotta for good measure! Now headed home for a little nanna nap but would highly recommend if you are heading out towards Helmsley and want something a little bit special. We will be back! 🥰

It was glorious when we set off first thing until we were swallowed up by the sea fret! Fingers crossed it burns off ☀️🌊

Well this was a lovely surprise! 🤩.

We are currently in Australia for a family wedding when we received an email from asking for recent photos (not easy when on a train going through the bush!) but we sent what we could and hoped for the best!

We can only assume this was published on Sunday as we saw a sudden surge of bookings and enquiries on Monday so tracked down the online version - see link below.

We are beyond thrilled to be listed as the 22nd Best Seaside Hotel in the UK, amoungst such illustrious company, which is testament to our amazing staff, guests and I have to say Cam’s banging poached eggs!!!

It’s back to business as usual next week and looking forwarding to welcoming friends old and new to Staithes over the summer ☀️ .

After being closed for the last few weeks delighted to be back to a full house again and to be able to share our latest project - a stunning new bathroom for our Rhode Island room.
