Not the most glamorous photo, but it’s the kind of behind-the-scenes thing I think more people should talk about when it comes to holiday cottages.

These are all our cushion covers getting a proper wash. You won’t find piles of decorative throws on the beds here, because (let’s be honest) they’re often just collecting other people’s yuk.

I’m a total fuss-pants when it comes to staying away — the thought of unwashed soft furnishings and carpets in bedrooms makes my skin crawl. So we’ve built our places with that in mind: everything you touch gets washed. Properly.

Clean, fresh, and genuinely relaxing — just as it should be. 🧼✨
