Perthshire in the snow - it has been absolutely glorious!! We’re just gutted that you couldn’t all come and experience it for yourselves. But we’re very hopeful that we’ll be able open again soon.

I wanted to let you know that we have handed over the running of the lodge to a lovely couple, Susan and Darren Munro of Munro Holiday Lettings.

Susan and Darren have over 10 years experience in the holiday let business and they can’t wait to welcome you to Horsey Reach Lodge soon.

A glorious winter day here in Perthshire and the silvery Tay is glistening in the morning sunshine!

I think most of you know now that we have decided to close Horsey Reach House. Although the Lodge is still well and truly open (although for the time being, only for folk who live nearby!!!).

It was a difficult decision and one that we didn’t take lightly, particularly knowing we’d have to disappoint to many of our lovely guests who have been staying with us regularly for years.

Thanks, first of all, to all of you for supporting our little business over the years and staying in both the house and the lodge. We know you had a choice and we never took it for granted that you’d come back to us.

And to those of you who had booked to stay this year and in future years that we’ve had to disappoint - thank you for being so gracious and understanding and thank you for all your lovely words of support.

Wishing you all the very best!! And hope to see you at the lodge one day soon!! 💕

Sorry for the radio silence! We've missed you!!!

Hope you've all stayed well and are coping OK!!

We are delighted to say we are open again and have been able to welcome some guests at the House and the Lodge. Although we have had to make some changes which I know you will all understand.

All your bookings are in the diary and hopefully will be going ahead. If you have any concerns please get in touch.

We have had to make some big decisions about our future and I will post more about those later.

Meantime, here's a wee picture of the river, to remind you of that fabulous view!

And a huge thank you to everyone who chose to stay with us this year, particularly our regulars who keep on coming back to us!! And we look forward to seeing you all again and meeting some more newcomers next year!
