For venison day we wanted to show you how versatile this lean, high protein meat can be. You can posh it up or keep it simple. Chateaubriand, cottage pie, stews, bolognaise, chilli, lasagne, steak pie…. so much more! Our venison does not have a strong gamey taste which puts off so many people. Our deer are fed grass and hung for 2-3 days maximum which we feel is the best way of managing this meat. We’ve converted so many people so have a go.
