We were delighted to host the European Seniors Touch Cup here at the University of Stirling at the weekend. 🏈 Nine nations, over 600 athletes with the furthest travelled player from Japan, took part in over 100 games on 4 pitches with countless laughs, smiles and good times had by all. 🌏
Catering for over 4,960 meals, an opening ceremony and culminating in a Ceilidh hosted at our own Stirling Court Hotel where over 500 guests celebrated their success.
Congratulations to all the teams including our own Scotland Men's 50’s Seniors who took the gold.

The University of Stirling’s award-winning campus is looking for a highly organised, motivated, and creative Head of Catering to lead a large and dynamic catering and hospitality team and help deliver an exceptional experience to students, staff, visitors and guests.

Working for Stirling Hotel Services Ltd (SHS Ltd), the University of Stirling’s catering company, the Head of Catering will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all aspects of the University’s catering business. Maximising the full revenue potential of all retail, hospitality and events catering provision for internal and external customers across multiple catering venues, through innovation and cost-effective working.
This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative senior manager, who is passionate about food quality, high standards of service and developing strong supplier & customer relationships to take the business to the next level.

The Head of Catering will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to all team members, ensuring the team are trained and motivated to perform and operating within a clean and safe environment.

We were delighted to welcome AUE (Association of University Engineers) to the Stirling Court Hotel and University of Stirling Campus for their annual conference, which this year celebrated 50 years.

Just under 200 delegates and 50 exhibitors joined us on campus for accommodation, conference facilities and catering. Staying in our Stirling Court Hotel and Juniper Court 4 star guest accommodation they had access to our lecture theatres, conference and seminar rooms and of course our stunning University facilities and grounds.
