Hello all of you who have liked 99a. This is Brenda here. I am the owner of this holiday let. Just to say that after a number of years have decided to take a break and let it out for a long term tenancy. Not so exciting as meeting all my lovely guests but who knows what the future holds?

Hello! I've spent a busy winter upgrading and smartening up the flat for the new season. Sadly the virus scare has resulted in the cancellation of my first booking of 2020. Will add photos in due course but meantime just to say that despite the weather our cosy flat and Bridge of Allan is a good place to be whether you are visiting your children at Stirling University, passing through or just taking a well earned break. We welcome clean and well behaved dogs, but would prefer to know if you are bringing one as there may be a cleaning fee.
