The large and comfortable sitting room leads through to a spacious, well-equipped kitchen/diner, utility room, and bathroom with a double-size shower and lots of natural light. The bedroom is furnished with a Super King-size bed and 300 thread-count linen.

Little Trout is the self-contained annex to a seventeenth-century thatched cottage in the picturesque village of Nether Wallop, offers holiday lets for your stay in Hampshire's Test Valley.

Complete with a spacious sitting room, fully-equipped kitchen/diner, utility room, bathroom, and double bedroom, Little Trout provides all the comforts of home to make your visit relaxed and happy.

​Twelve miles away from the cathedral cities of Salisbury to the West and Wi******er to the East, the cottage is also a short drive from the New Forest. Nether Wallop is the perfect location for trout fishing on the River Test; other local attractions include Stonehenge, Mottisfont Abbey with the National Rose Collection, Danebury Iron Age Hill Fort, the Museum of Army Flying at Middle Wallop, Highclere Castle and Beaulieu National Motor Museum. Just a few miles away is the charming market town of Stockbridge with several popular pubs, cafes and restaurants, whilst slightly further by car are the beaches of the South Coast and ferry access to the Isle of Wight.

​As a further point of interest for fans of the BBC's Miss Marple series (starring the incomparable Joan Hickson), the front porch of Little Trout was used as the village chemist's shop in the episode "Murder at the Vicarage".
