Double Award Winning romantic & relaxing luxury glamping in a cosy shepherds hut with a wood fired hot tub, hidden away in a peaceful & private Somerset orchard of your own with stunning rural panoramic views, sunsets & starry skies in tranquil Somerset. Stocklinch Shepherd's Hut is the perfect, idyllic glamping retreat to recuperate & enjoy some well deserved rest and relaxation creating memories

with your loved one. It has a comfy raised double bed, a compact kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Perfect location for exploring Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast, the Quantock Hills & Exmoor and the Somerset Levels. In a peaceful situation yet located handily for the A303 and the M5, and on National Cycle Route 33. Our hut has a calm, relaxing feel, and is a great space to chill out in. It's very well insulated (with sheep's wool) so you'll feel cosy whatever the weather outside. There is also an electric wall heater to give you a boost if you need it. The comfy raised double bed is 4 feet (1.2m) high and is accessed from one side only using 2 steps. There are a couple of folding chairs and a pull-out table. The kitchen has all you need to cater for yourselves with a combination microwave oven, hob, fridge, sink and a small selection of pots & pans, utensils and crockery along with some basic supplies of S&P and oils. The modern bathroom has an electric shower, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and loo and a supply of organic toiletries for you to use. Guests have use of an outside table and chairs, BBQ, fire pit, a supply of logs and blankets to help extend your evening keeping cosy enjoying the view! A breakfast of 'help-yourself' muesli & toast is provided along with supplies of milk, tea and coffee. There is a table and chairs outside, and the hut’s steps function as a seat with a view! You are welcome to walk or sit in the orchard area. If there's a problem or you need directions or recommendations, we're on site. Otherwise we'll leave you in peace.

Got a little surprise today when I discovered a beautiful mossy, fluffy, feathery nest inside the letterbox! The birds have been very busy in Stocklinch 🐣So the letterbox will be out of action for a while not that that matters as we have Richard, our uber cheery, sunny, amazing postie who bypasses the letterbox straight in to the house - what service!

The sun is shining and the forecast is excellent so that should help. And it sounds like they're going to be blissfully happy swinging the hammock and soaking in the hot tub..... easily pleased ☺️
