About the Role
As a Front of House Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to hotel & out side guests across our restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event areas.
You’ll be the face of our hospitality experience — welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every guest & customer leaves with a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
Serving meals and drinks efficiently
Setting up and clearing tables
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
Handling guest enquiries confidently and professionally
Working closely with kitchen and management teams
Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar and event service when required

What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Smart appearance and professional manner
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Team player with excellent attention to detail
