It’s an ideal base to explore everything this area has to offer. Hollyhock House has a large peaceful garden with stunning countryside, beautiful walks and cycling. We can even accommodate ponies if you want to join us! Dog and children welcome. I almost forgot to tell you we have a playground and arctic cabin for year round barbecues. We also have a village pub which is walking distance. . Book direct and save on average £350 on platform fees. I’ve been a Superhost for 10yrs straight. This summer is pretty booked up. Mid week stays only. Plenty availability sept and beyond.

If you are looking for a gorgeous Cotswolds holiday house to stay while you and your friends are visiting 17th-21st sept 2026. Look no further. We are perfectly situated in Stonesfield 7mins drive to the gates of Blenheim estate. Plus you are coming in from against the traffic. So no long queues to get in. We sleep 10. Plus 2 “youth/small jockeys” on a sofa bed. Dog & children friendly. Bring the pony if you want. I have 3 empty stables as least. There’s plenty of space for everyone. P.s… Same applies for Cornbury Horse Trials. 5 mins away.

How can I get excited about a toilet refresh?? I painted with my own bare hands. It’s all Jacks fault.. 😜. Our Electrian fitted a new light. It was so bright it looked like a scene from csi Miami. Someone had sprayed luminal around. You could see everything in there! So to calm the space down, it’s the only room in the house with colour on the wall. 💦🎨🖌️🧑‍🎨🚽🧻🚾🚻. Loving its little glow up. 🆙

Over the last couple of weeks we have been busy at Hollyhock House giving the place a fresh lick of paint. It’s had a glow up. The sitting room has a new coffee table and additional cushions to add a splash of colour. Another gem find from

Driveway refresh…. Our amazing gardeners planted a pair of red robins. The old bay trees had been attacked and eaten sadly. Lots a spring bulb planting. I love daffodils, they were my mums favourite so I always get sentimental around spring, knowing my mum would have loved these displays.
