darkroom the gallery down the road is preparing for the coming season. Lots of amazing unique souveniers ready for Easter..

St Brigid has told us that Spring has officially begun and the days are beginning to get a little longer - we couldn't be happier!

Though our regular opening hours don't begin till April we're still busy working away in the workshop creating stock for 2026 and adding the final touches to our BIG workshop makeover. You are welcome to visit us by appointment so get in touch if you want to come and get an early-bird viewing of fresh space!

Five of the Pink Ladies Club from Yorkshire setting off for Borve this morning. Yesterday's trials on the Clisham with strong crosswinds, having to dismount for 3 miles and barely able to stand upright just a distant memory. Thanks to a good night's sleep, pizza and lots of wine. Inspirational! I think I will move to Yorkshire and become a Pink Lady.

A reminder - we’re getting really busy almost every evening, and often sell out/ have all our available slots full with pre-orders… we hate having to turn people away, but sometimes it’s just not possible to squeeze any extra orders in on top of the ones that we’ve already got. If you can, please pre-order online, or by calling us on 07762 128108 to reserve your slot and avoid disappointment.

We do keep some slots free for telephone orders, so if our online orders are full, give us a call to see if we can still fit you in, but it’s always better to call ahead than just turn up and hope.

Geoff and I had a lovely time staying with Maggie and Hamish during our Angling trip for the week on the River Creed,loch Clachan and loch Ois...the breakfast avail and our evening 2 course meals were superb home cooked food ...a very handy place for anglers to stay ...we will be back ... Cyclists heading to the Mangersta Bothy book a night at Westend Achmore on the way to mangesrsta bothy and again on the return trip. This couple sent this picture after they returned home to South of England. What a view and a thrill to be able to spend a night in this unique dwelling..

Today's cyclists having been to the Eagle Observatory in Harris arrived wind weary, exhausted and disappointed not having seen any eagles. While they were cooking supper there were absolutely thrilled to see an eagle fly past the velux window and see another eagle circling round the mast on Eitsheal. Happy guests!
