The Family Floor
Located at the top of the house, this space is designed with families in mind. Featuring a spacious super king zip-and-link bedroom, a bathroom with both a walk-in electric shower and bath, plus a cosy children’s room with two single beds, perfect for little ones. ✨Thank you Pete Robinson @ primaging.net, for professional “holiday let” photos. This month brings the Wild Goose Festival, Kirkcudbright Autumn Festival, and plenty of cosy autumn adventures across Dumfries & Galloway.

🎶✨ We’re so excited to be celebrating the 29th year of the Portpatrick Folk Festival this September! ✨🎶

From Friday 5th – Sunday 7th September 2025, our village will once again be filled with music, laughter, and community spirit. The festival is completely free at all the hotel venues, making it the perfect weekend to enjoy incredible live folk music without a ticket in sight.

Portpatrick is a wonderful village for soaking up the atmosphere — with sessions taking place all weekend long, and (fingers crossed 🤞) plenty of sunshine to enjoy them in! 🌞🍻🎻
