Delighted to let folk know that ‘the van’ at The Ferry Inn is open now for lunch Weds-Sun with Michael and Jola taking the reins for the season. The bar is also open now from 1215 for drinks, teas and coffees….. and since we are all too aware that there are not so many days for comfortable al fresco dining, we are happy for folk to take food from our van inside to make for a sit down lunch. Please share, we know folk have been asking about lunch options in Stromness and this allows the Ferry to be of service once again during the afternoon. Of course we are still open for evening meals every day from 5-8.30pm. Cheers.

🎻 Folk Festival weekend at The Stones 🎻

To celebrate Folk Festival weekend we will have live music from two fantastic local bands playing on the Saturday (24th), and Sunday (25th) of Folk Festival.

We will have Northern Limit playing from 8.30pm onwards on the Saturday 🤩

And will be extending our opening hours until 1am.

And on the Sunday we will have the Birsay Boys playing from 1.30pm 🤩

And will be open until 12am.

We can’t wait to see you all! 🕺
