A little trip to London with one very important mission…

Finding the right Greek ingredients for Aegean Kitchen. 🇬🇷

10 different fetas, plenty of tasting, and one very happy Onur later… we headed back to Lavenham to put them to the test.

And now, the important question…

Which cheese makes the perfect croquette?

For Onur, the Aegean has always been more than a place. It’s part of where he grew up, his family, his memories and the food that brought everyone around the table.

Aegean Kitchen is his way of bringing that feeling to Lavenham.

Greek and Turkish flavours, shaped by the same sea. Food made for sharing, ordering a little bit of everything, passing plates around the table and staying for one more bite.

Because food belongs to geography, not race. And some of the best things in life are the things we share.
