This week, we’re introducing Billie, who has been part of our team for nearly 6 months. Billie works across Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. From making a perfectly made bed to making sure our guests are well looked after in the restaurant, there’s not much she can’t do!

Billie recently celebrated her 18th birthday, which means she will soon be bar trained too! 🍸

A special meet the team Monday today, as we’d like to wish our Operations Manager a Happy 30th Birthday! 🎉🥂

Hermi has been with us at The Mill Hotel just over two years, after working at other Surya sites in his career too — we’re very glad to have him! 💙

A man of many talents: he helps out housekeeping and when needed, makes a fantastic coffee in the morning & is liked by absolutely everyone on the team! He somehow still finds time to be our resident cocktail menu maker too.🍸

A true Jack of all trades ☺️

Here’s to 30, and many more years of helping the The Mill Hotel run smoothly! 🥳🎂
