It’s getting closer to Jambo Dragon | Movement Therapy time!… 🐲 🔥 🧘♂️
🗓️ And there are now just a handful of spots left on this weekend workshop in Birmingham on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September.
I searched many years to find my teacher, and anyone who practises regularly with me will likely have heard me talk about him, and how his guidance has changed the way I practise and teach yoga. And inspires me every day.

📙Jambo’s suite of trainings, accreditations and experience is too extensive for this caption, but includes being personally selected by Ana Forrest as a Forrest yoga guardian, multiple acupuncture diplomas, a BSC (HONS) in Integrated Health: complimentary medicine, Reiki, face reading, Ayurvedic medicine, and neuro-linguistic programming.
You won’t remember these, but will remember a voice that directs, grounds yet soothes; and how your body & nervous system feels once you’ve practised with him.
Our weekend will be spent at OMNOM | Restaurant & Wellbeing Space Birmingham - the city’s new home for holistic wellbeing and enlightened eating, located in the city centre.
We’ll practise in the studio in the morning and afternoon, and eat lunch upstairs in the light-filled atrium of the on-site restaurant🍛
☕️You’ll be greeted with hot chai masala tea when you arrive and we’ll settle in before we start the day with Jambo.
✈️ Jambo spends much of the year at his home in Indonesia, so it’s “catch him while you can” when he travels to Europe and the UK.
It’s been years since he’s taught in Birmingham and I’m proud to welcome him to my home city.
🌶️ Funny, spicy and completely serious about transformation, Jambo is a teacher that can’t be replicated. I can’t wait for you to meet him!
