Welcome to Manor Farm Stay
We offer farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation and self-catering glamping pods amidst peaceful rural surroundings in Lincolnshire. We are located just 15 minutes walk from Sutton on Sea, a small friendly seaside village with glorious long sandy beaches. The farmhouse B&B has three large en suite rooms complete with handcrafted beds, cosy duvets and uninterrupted views of fields, gardens and the farmyard. From March to October we open our small glamping site on the farm. With just six spacious self-catering glamping pods in the grassy meadow it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pods, which we have built ourselves, are self contained with kitchen and en suite shower room, plus an enclosed garden. You are welcome to relax in the garden, chat to our friendly free-range hens, watch out for the resident owl, and generally enjoy the tranquillity. We also welcome well-behaved dogs and there are vast expanses of dog-friendly beaches nearby. Sutton on Sea blends together all the perfect ingredients for a traditional seaside holiday - clean sandy beaches, classic beach chalets, lots of fresh air, and a good selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. Lincolnshire offers something for everyone, whether it’s enjoying activities and nature in the Coastal Country Park and the Lincolnshire Wolds, taking in the history of Lincoln, or visiting the bustling seaside towns. Manor Farm Stay is a green B&B and we do a lot of 'Eco Stuff'! As part of this, we source many of the breakfast ingredients locally or from our large fruit and vegetable garden.
