Second bedroom 1 single bunk bed with futon (sofa) below which converts to a double bed or acts as a sofa for a second lounging area. Bathroom with shower and full size bath, sink with storage and W.C. Radiator and non-slip flooring. Hall / cloakroom. Comfortable lounge with wall mounted 32" Smart TV with HD Freeview and DVD player with french doors opening to garden with seating area. Corner sofa which converts simply into a double bed for lounging and / or sleeping. Fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Kitchen/dining area with table and chairs with door opening onto fully enclosed private rear garden with garden furniture - have breakfast or a drink in the sun whilst listening to the sea. Transport links including train, buses (bus stop 20 metres) and even walking distance to a road train and a beach train, miniature railway and donkeys! Prams / pushchairs, mobility scooters can all access the beach and promenade via several ramped access points - one is 100m away. Alternatively use the steps at the rear of the bungalow onto the promenade and beach only 50m away. Prices include central heating and electricity with supply of duvets, pillows with protectors, and mattress protectors. You are fully self-catering. Some guests prefer to bring their own bed linen and therefore we quote a discounted price to give everyone the opportunity to do this. To benefit from the discount you can supply your own sheets, duvet covers and towels along with toiletries, food etc. Alternatively, we can supply quality bed linen and make beds for your arrival for a small charge.
