Next stop is the kitchen, with the help of JPN Services … although he doesn’t actually know that yet! 👀🤣

Honestly, I really should not be allowed near paint anymore. Every time I pick up a brush I seem to create another job for myself. 🤦‍♀️😂

Glossed the sash window, blacked the inside, scraped and filled the door frame and generally made a bigger mess than necessary. 🙃

Tomorrow it’s out with the sander, followed by a second coat everywhere else… because apparently I enjoy this kind of torture. 😂

Well, you really can’t get much more rustic and characterful than this! 🏡✨

Fresh paint has completely transformed this room, giving it a lovely clean and welcoming feel, while still keeping all of the original charm and history.

And just look at that fireplace! 🔥 The original brickwork, exposed wooden beam and old fireplace have all been left on show, creating a real feature in the bedroom. It’s dated, rustic and full of character — exactly the sort of detail you just can’t recreate in a modern property.

We love finding these little pieces of history throughout the building and giving them a new lease of life rather than covering them up.

This room is designed to comfortably accommodate two adults and three children (under 12 years of age).

We also have travel cots available for your convenience.
