This beautifully appointed Victorian hunting lodge is in the grounds of the old deer park, only 20 minutes' walk from Three Cliffs bay. Beautifully furnished throughout you will find fresh flowers, pitch pine floors, crackling log fires and a distinctly laid-back style. A real home from home.Enjoy wholesome cooking, with fresh fruit, salads and vegetables from the garden and local farms and a good

wine list. The public rooms are full of character with old Chesterfields and roaring log fires. The guest bedrooms range from cosy doubles to spacious family rooms. All are individually styled with en-suite bathrooms and four star facilities.The gardens are extensive and well kept with large trout and carp ponds, and the secluded location lends itself perfectly to walking holidays. And with so much space there's always room for you to safely store any recreational equipment you may have brought along.

Meet Liz & Julie, the Gower girls behind the famous afternoon teas at Parc Le Breos.

Both have worked in catering since their teens and after years side by side, they’re so in tune they often finish each other’s jobs without a word.

Their passion for great food shines through every bake, from homemade jams and seasonal produce to this month’s treats: tiramisu gâteau, blueberry crumble muffins, caramel chocolate éclairs and Julie’s famous leek & cheddar quiche.

Inspired by the changing seasons, summer sunshine through the kitchen window and a love of making our guests smile, they say working at Parc Le Breos feels “like finding a pair of comfy slippers.”

When they’re not creating afternoon tea magic, you’ll find them sampling menus around Swansea and gathering inspiration for their next delicious creation!

And there’s more to come. Alongside their celebrated afternoon teas, the pair are expanding into simple, elegant wedding cakes this year… Another way of helping create memorable moments for guests.

At the heart of everything they do is a simple goal: making people happy.

And judging by the popularity of Parc Le Breos’ afternoon teas, they’re succeeding beautifully.

There’s a reason Sunday lunch is a tradition worth keeping.

Perhaps it begins with a pork shoulder & nduja croquette or king prawn cocktail.
Then comes roast striploin of beef with crisp potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and rich gravy. And if there’s still room, sticky toffee pudding with miso caramel.

The sort of meal that encourages another glass of wine, a longer conversation and no rush to be anywhere else.

With Father’s Day approaching, we’re looking forward to a weekend of gathering around the table and enjoying all the comforting flavours of a proper Sunday lunch.

The gardens are bursting into life after the recent rain… lupines in full colour, fresh fig leaves unfurling and elderflower filling the air with the scent of early summer.

Whether it’s coffee in the sunshine to begin your stay or a golden evening overlooking the Gower countryside, the weekend is set perfectly for slowing down and enjoying the season 🐝

Step into Poachers… A cosy hideaway at Parc Le Breos, rich with stories from the estate’s sporting past. Featuring a king-size bed, en-suite bath with shower over and fascinating artwork drawn from the Vivian family’s 1890s game books, this charming double room offers a glimpse into gatherings and traditions long gone by.

Overlooking the rear car park, Poachers is thoughtfully priced lower than our other classic rooms. Making it the perfect choice for a comfortable countryside escape with character and history woven into every detail.

Others come to Parc le Breos for afternoon tea 🍰

Honestly, a warm scone, far too much cream, homemade cake, and a proper pot of tea in the countryside fixes quite a lot.

Add good company, a little gossip, and the excuse to eat cake before dinner and suddenly life feels much more manageable.

Our famous afternoon teas are served with generous helpings of comfort, charm, and “just one more slice.”

Come hungry. Leave happy. Possibly needing a nap.
