Meet Liz & Julie, the Gower girls behind the famous afternoon teas at Parc Le Breos.
Both have worked in catering since their teens and after years side by side, theyāre so in tune they often finish each otherās jobs without a word.
Their passion for great food shines through every bake, from homemade jams and seasonal produce to this monthās treats: tiramisu gĆ¢teau, blueberry crumble muffins, caramel chocolate Ć©clairs and Julieās famous leek & cheddar quiche.
Inspired by the changing seasons, summer sunshine through the kitchen window and a love of making our guests smile, they say working at Parc Le Breos feels ālike finding a pair of comfy slippers.ā
