💿🎵 VINYL NIGHT AT THE ANCIENT! 🎵💿

Something a little different is coming to The Ancient Briton… but then again, you’ve probably come to expect that from us by now! ❤️

Have you got a collection of old records gathering dust? A favourite album you haven’t played in years? A secret musical guilty pleasure you’d love to share? Or perhaps you just fancy settling in with a drink, enjoying some great music and discovering a few new favourites?

Well, this one’s for you! 🎶

Starting this Sunday, and every Sunday from 7pm, we’re inviting you to bring along your favourite vinyl records and help us create something rather special.

We’ll provide the record player, and you lovely lot, our wonderful custodians of The Ancient, can provide the music, the memories and the atmosphere.

From forgotten classics and hidden gems to those songs that take you right back in time, we’d love to hear them all.

And if you don’t have any vinyl? Absolutely no problem! Just come along, get comfortable, enjoy a drink and see where the music takes us. 🍻

No pressure, no musical snobbery, no rules about what’s cool. Just good people, great music and a Sunday evening with a difference. ❤️

After all, the best playlists are the ones we create together.

Whether it’s a leisurely lunch with friends, a midweek catch-up or simply an excuse to escape the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you to The Ancient Briton. ❤️

And if you fancy something a little different, our full Autumn Menu is available too!

🕛 Lunch served Monday to Friday, 12–3pm. Then our kitchen reopens for evening service at 5:30pm.

🎤🎸 Live Music Friday, 16th October at 8pm! 🎸🎤

As you know, we're putting on live music every other Friday night throughout October and November.

On Friday 16th October, we have something a little different for you. New to The Ancient Briton, we welcome Jukebox James!

Make a night of it and try out our new menu. That way, you can guarantee a table. Please call the pub on 01639 730273 and make sure to ask for a second sitting, so you can stay all night and enjoy what promises to be an amazing performance.

Of course, everyone is welcome, and there's plenty of room around the bar! 😀

Got a motorhome or camper? We can let you stay in our car park, so you'll literally be 30 seconds away from all the entertainment!

As spaces are limited, we strongly advise that you book and pay for your parking space in advance, as we have to leave room for other patrons who will also need parking spaces.

All we charge is £15 per vehicle, per night, which is redeemable against food and/or drink. All we ask is that you only take up one of our standard car parking bays. If your vehicle can't fit into one of these, we have two spaces that can be reserved specifically for longer vehicles. Please note: only two.

We can offer fresh water, but no other facilities, as Brecon Beacons Touring Park park will be closed for its winter break. Of course, you can access the pub toilets after 10:30am.
