We have released new dates from 27th March which is open to Welsh visitors only until the 12th April and the last 2 weeks of August open to all UK residents.

We have refreshed the outside with a power wash and a new coat of paint to the front so looking good for the summer.

The accommodation briefly comprising, lounge open to diner, modern fitted kitchen open to study, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Externally decked seating and patio area to the front. To the rear, further seating areas with steps leading up to raised decked, boasting breathtaking sea views and of Oystermouth Castle. Viewing is highly recommended with only a 5-minute walk to the beach, promenade and Mumbles shops with its many independent retainers as well as M&S foodhall, Tesco’s’ and the Co-op.

The property sleeps 4 with 2 double beds but the accommodation is ideally suited to those wanting a romantic break.

The spring (March – May) price is £90 per night with £60 cleaning fee (no VAT is chargeable)
The facilities include a coffee maker (bean to cup), TV 32 inch with terrestrial channels, a modern kitchen, bedding and towels are included. There is a 4g (internet connection mobile signal included). There are steps to the property so the accommodation is not suitable for the less mobile.
