You all know for years we have been working hard for our boys. Busy was created to allow travel and support therapies.

We have been thinking bigger for sometime and been working hard at it growing the business working towards that goal but still need to push fundraising.

🐟 Friday Feast: Grilled Salmon with Dill Butter & Asparagus! 🌿

Restaurant-quality elegance on a plate—this grilled salmon with dill butter and roasted asparagus is the ultimate special occasion motorhome dinner! Golden salmon fillet with melting dill butter, tender roasted asparagus, and fresh lemon. It's fancy, it's impressive, and it's surprisingly simple to make! 🙌

The beauty of this dish? It comes together in about 20 minutes but tastes like you've spent hours perfecting it. Salmon is packed with omega-3s, asparagus is fresh and vibrant, and that dill butter? Pure magic. Perfect for those warm summer evenings when you want to feel a little bit fancy! ☀️

Here's the hack:

✅ Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper
✅ Trim asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper
✅ Heat a pan or grill until hot and add a touch of oil
✅ Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes
✅ Roast asparagus in the oven (or on the hob) for 8-10 minutes until tender
✅ Make dill butter: mix softened butter with fresh dill, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt
✅ Top salmon with a generous dollop of dill butter and serve with asparagus and lemon wedges
