Tomorrow is the 1st of June and the beginning of the ‘Swimming The Distance’ challenge in aid of the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. The idea is that all competitors swim a distance that suits them. Hopefully we all swim enough to cover the entire coastline of the UK. I have pledged 10miles but will probably do more. Over the moon to get a 'Highly Recommended' for BEST PUB IN THE WEST at this years Scottish Entertainment Awards. It was a tough category with 23 finalists, congratulations to all the other winners and special thanks to the team behind the awards. A huge amount of effort is put into these awards and they always put on a banging show 👌

Well done to all our staff at the Corner House Tarbert for all their hard work, you guys are all legends. Thank you to all our customers, especially you guys we see on a regular basis, you are our bread and butter and part of the Corner House family 🤗

Special mention to our manager Shona EC Wallace who was at the awards last night. It's her BIRTHDAY today so if you see her, make sure you get her a double or a bottle of fizz 🥂😁.
