How to avoid 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜

One of the best parts of staying in a country park is being surrounded by nature 🌿🐦

From birdsong in the morning to insects, wildlife and all the little locals that call Tattershall Lakes home, it’s all part of the experience. But while most visitors are welcome… ants inside your accommodation definitely aren’t! 🐜

Fortunately, we’ve not had issues with ants ourselves, as our cleaners are very thorough and we regularly remind guests how best to avoid them too.

However, sharing this post may help others enjoy a more pleasant and comfortable stay during the warmer weather.

Our handy poster below shares a few simple ways to help keep ants out during your stay and at home too, so you can relax, explore and enjoy everything nature has to offer, without the unwanted guests 🐜

🦆 Sometimes the wildlife get a little too familiar..… this duck practically checked himself in and made himself at home on the decking 🦆

The kids were living their best lives — he got more attention than the hot tub 🙈😂
