rge into the stunning views across the duck pond with the peace and quiet of this exclusive area of the park unbroken except for the sounds of the ducks and birds who live around us, the occasional overhead jet taking off or landing at RAF Conningsby or of course the odd pop of a champagne cork form somewhere around the lake. Set in its own private garden, enclosed on three sides and set on the very edge of the lake you would hardly know the rest of the impressive site is there. This gives you the chance to relax in the tranquil surroundings or get active with the many activities on offer. Fish in the lake right at your door with the two private pegs offering the challenge of catching some impressive Bream, Perch and Carp or try out one of the water sports available on the other larger series of lakes such as wake boarding, water skiing, jet skiing, boating and tackling the water assault course or zorbing on water. The site also offers some great facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, spa and gym as well as the café bar and restaurant. During the summer there is also the outdoor cinema and beach on offer along with the open air bar situated on a small island and lit by candlelight. For the golfers there is an 9 hole golf course and together with the child’s play area, football/basketball court and the soon to be completed mini golf and archery areas there really is something for everyone. Serin Lodge itself (named after a small rare finch) is a south facing timber construction, consisting of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area. This opens out onto the decked area where the luxury garden furniture and hot tub offer some fantastic extra living space. The fabulous master bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite shower room, The Bird Room - a twin bedroom and The Stag Room which offers a double bed base plus a single bunk bed. The lodge comfortably sleeps up to 7 people. There is also a separate family shower room. All the rooms are finished to a high specification and are managed and maintained to a very high standard by Ray and Sandra who live on site and are happy to help with any support or questions. Please note that the decked area is close to the lake edge and whilst not directly over the water children must be supervised at all times when outside. Out and About
The site is located with good access to the coast for Skegness or inland for Horncastle with its fantastic antique shops. Boston Spa and Lincoln a short drive away. The local villages of Tattershall and Conningsby have lots of amenities such as supermarkets restaurants and take away’s and the local pub and restaurant Tattershall Park is adjacent to the entrance. Bed Linen is supplied and beds are made up for your arrival
