Merlin Point Luxury Hot Tub Breaks @ Tattershall Lakes at the award winning Tattershall Lakes Country Park in Lincolnshire! We're also rated 5⭐️ by our guests! Prices & Upto date availability are in my group, link is at the bottom of this post😊

I have a beautiful modern 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) caravan at Tattershall Lakes Lincolnshire with secure large full wraparound decking, a private hot tub & stunning lake view. We're on a lovely quiet no through road, 1 row back from the lake, with stunning views of the largest lake on park...the sunsets are stunning watched from the comfort of the holiday home. Despite being in a nice quiet area, we're still just a short stroll to all the main facilities on site, of which there are many fun things to do for both children & adults, lots of which are also dog friendly so everyone can join in. There are numerous fishing lakes close to our caravan, the nearest being just a 2 minute walk. We have lots of beautiful woodland and river walks right on our doorstep too or the nearest beach is just 27 miles away ! And not to forget the aviation fans, we have an excellent view of the flight path for RAF Coningsby Typhoons & BBMF aircraft!

Welcome to my stunning 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) caravan at Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire. We are situated on Merlin Point, just 1 row back from the largest lake on site with beautiful views of the waterski lake. It is also a no through road so very safe & quiet & we're not overlooked at the back either. It really is a lovely spot. There are numerous fishing lakes available around the park and the nearest to us is just a few minutes walk away. We're still close to all the main facilities too, just a short stroll away! We truly have the best of both worlds!

We also have excellent views of the flight path for the RAF Coningsby Typhoons and Battle of Britain Memorial Flight aircraft.

Our caravan is a Home From Home with a Welcome Basket🍾🥂🍪, a huge choice of coffees/chocolates/iced lattes & tassimo pods, all beds made up ready for you with high quality Pillows/Quilts and Bedding (hand towels & t towels provided but you will need to bring your own shower/Hot tub towels!) and basic staple items supplied such as Tea/Coffee/Sugar, toilet roll, washing up liquid, condiments etc. We also provide a large selection of Games, DVD's & Books! We can supply a Travel Cot, Highchair & Bed Guard Free of Charge (please request at the time of booking, otherwise availability cannot be guaranteed.)

It's Summer time so that means it's BBMF season!!
Can (almost!) guarantee on a weekend break over summer you will see these go up on their way to a show or flypast (weather permitting of course!) Just wish the Lancaster was here but shes in for her major overhaul maintenance til next year at least!😔

🐞🌿 A Little Country Park Reality Check 🌿🪰

Being on a country park means beautiful views, peaceful mornings… and occasionally sharing the scenery with a few tiny locals! 🦋🐜

You may spot the odd bug, insect, or little critter enjoying the country park lifestyle too. Sometimes they even decide to dramatically retire on a windowsill mid-holiday — nature can be very theatrical. 🎭

This is completely normal for a countryside setting and, unfortunately, there’s only so much we can do when nature is quite literally on the doorstep! 😅

Thank you for understanding and embracing a little bit of the great outdoors during your stay. The ducks, fish, sunsets, and peaceful surroundings usually make up for the occasional uninvited six-legged guest. 💚
