Contrast therapy , hot and cold , feel amazing afterwards and sleep so good!

Summer time cold plunges tend to get used before the sauna but everyone is happy either way .

Ahh ..then there’s the evening Saunas..
Last night people saw a deer running across the field and a bunch of rabbits too!
Whatever you see it should all be relaxing and adding to that outdoor wood-fired sauna experience ..

Back again Saturday morning for the super saver sessions, then onto the daytime groups and evening sessions .

Sit relax and enjoy…

Bring a drink or Drinks available to buy but do try to remember hydration is important whilst using a Sauna.
