But when you dig deeper, the seller goes quiet or avoids key questions.

In property, transparency is everything.
If something feels unclear, it usually is.
Ask yourself ๐
๐ What are they not telling me?
๐ Are there issues with title, structure, tenants, or compliance?
๐ธ Will this cost me more later?
A good deal should still make sense after full due diligence, not just at first glance.
๐ก Remember:
Itโs better to walk away from a questionable deal than get stuck in an expensive mistake.
Thereโs always another opportunity.
Having said that, some questions might not be critical and the seller finds it too intrusive or irrelevant to address. As well as some unanswered questions would bear a risk that you are willing to accept at an acceptable price.
