A perfect time to go outside & enjoy the crisp mornings and nature’s final flurry of color. Nothing beats heading into the woods on an October morning and watching the sunlight filter through the turning leaves.

Not only is Rhylla Devon located in a peaceful & picturesque area, we are just a short stroll (even shorter using the nearby footpath) from our friendly 15th century local pub The Royal Inn, Horsebridge
The Royal Inn serves truly excellent food (I recommend the tasty fish & chips or 'The Royal' burger), a good selection of drinks, including ales & wines and you will always receive a warm welcome from the landlord Gary, his team and of course the locals! 💚

We are in October already; where is the time going...before you know it Christmas will be here!

Maybe now is the time to fit that cheeky end of year holiday or weekend away in?

Rhylla Cottage is an extremely spacious, yet cosy & comfortable cottage situated in the heart of the beautiful Tamar Valley; perfectly located to explore the wonderful countryside straight from the door, or venture further afield and enjoy the delights of both Devon and Cornwall's coast, countryside, villages and towns.

Rhylla Cottage is a larger than average one bedroom cottage and benefits include a spacious lounge with cosy woodburner, perfect for snuggling up in front of after a days exploring. There is a well equipped kitchen with a dining table & chairs, a light & airy bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed, a modern shower room with a large rainfall shower, a pretty private garden with views over to the Cornish hills and off road parking. Rhylla Cottage also welcomes well behaved dogs, so there is no reason not to bring your doggo buddy with you! 💚

Take a peaceful ancient woodland stroll through Greenscombe Woods in the beautifully Tamar Valley, or pop your hiking boots on and incorporate it as part of a longer explore of the Tamara Coast to Coast Way. Either way a delightful way to spend time bathing in nature! 💚
