STOP PRESS - here at Langstone Manor, we have made the decision to allow pets in to some of our mega pods and in to Kitty Pod, our smallest but very cute pod. The same fee applies of £5.00 per pet per night and a maximum of two pets in all accommodation. Please bring your dogs bedding and any blankets they require. As always, we request that all dogs are kept on leads whilst on site and exercised off the park.

Kitty Pod, Camping Pods or Mega Pods - whatever your preference, we have something for everybody and now your four legged friends can enjoy the experience too.

Take advantage of our three nights for the price of two ( except Kitty Pod ) by arriving on a Sunday, Monday or a Tuesday - what a great deal, who doesn't love a bargain - a FREE night!

Another deal we offer is seven nights for the price of six in all of our pods - another offer to be snapped up. Please drop us an email to enquire about availability. You can only use one promotional deal per booking.

If you are booking with a Virgin Experience Days or a Buyagift voucher, please drop us an email with all of the details and we'll check availability for you.

If pods aren't for you, we do have two cottages, an apartment, eight static caravans and of course, the touring field.

As posted previously, to celebrate Dartmoor's National Park's 75th Anniversary, we are going to post a series of photos that Jane and Russ or Jacqui and Mark have visited, under the suggestions made in the Dartmoor 365 book, which we are all enjoying.

First photo below.....Where am I?

Jane and Russ ventured out from the National Park Visitor Centre at Postbridge. The team there were extremely helpful and helped them plan their route. It was a circular walk of approximately six miles, provided you can cross at the top of the waterfall.

Dartmoor National Park is celebrating it's 75th Anniversary.

With that in mind, we're going to run a series of photos, called 'Where am I?'

The photos will feature places that Jane and Russ or Jacqui and Mark have visited with the guidance of the 365 Dartmoor book. They are all enjoying this book and seeing different areas of the moor and villages.

Mother Nature doing what she does best - sometimes it's not always for the best and we have to intervene for the safety of our guests and the park. The tree in this clip was suffering from Honey Fungus disease and was safely removed by a professional team.

Listen very carefully - you may hear the cuckoo in the first clip.

On the other hand, let's enjoy the huge volume of flowers bursting in to life, the colours and vibrancy.

Swallows are in abundance this year and are nesting wherever they can. They are extremely agile in the air and mesmerizing to watch.

Please remember to leave water out for our hedgehog visitors. We also hope you are enjoying the numerous rabbits that are taking advantage of the lush green grass.

If you want to get this close to nature, we're the perfect site for you, tranquil, calm, peaceful. Just relax, watch the world go by and see what wildlife visits your pitch, outside space or cottage garden.

Today! Sounds great.

The Tavistock Steam & Vintage Fair is this Sunday, at the Bedford Car Park, between 10am-5pm! We have live music, steam-hauled trailer rides, local craft and food stalls, vintage cars, tractors, a miniature railway, etc! Please join us if you can! 😀

Fab evening recently with Julian James and Beci - you can't beat live music.

Julian James and his band are an Australian blues and roots outfit known for their raw, swampy, and guitar-driven sound. The duo on Wednesday blended delta blues, country, and bluegrass and were awesome 😎

The team had a lovely evening joined by some of our fabulous guests including Bob the dog who loved the music too......and Russell 🤭😁

We had guests staying in different accommodation e.g. Marcela and her dog Bobo were staying in a camping pod and loved it so much that they have booked to come back......twice.

Claire and Stuart tend to vary their accommodation and this visit they were staying in their favourite pet free mega pod, Birch.

Guests dined Millie's Homemade Cakes & Delicious Bakeskes meals whilst listening to the music.
