Spring is quietly unfolding around the chalets, with blossom appearing in every corner and the gardens coming to life a little more each day. It is one of the loveliest times to be here, when everything feels fresh, peaceful and full of colour.

If you are dreaming of a spring escape, this is a beautiful season to visit, slow down and enjoy nature at its best.

It turns out a 6:30am wildlife wake-up call isn’t for everyone.

So yesterday, we made a quiet adjustment:
🧁 Muffins instead
🌼 And a few daffodils indoors, as spring has yet to make a proper appearance outside

This approach raised fewer questions.

Normal mornings have now resumed.
